Types of existing teas
 

There are 6 types of tea:

White Tea- Unlike the others, White Tea has lower caffeine content, it is made through young leaves, that is, without oxidation. This Tea may possibly be a substitute for Green Tea. The White Tea has the advantage of protecting and preventing anti-bacteria and anti-viral

Black Tea- This is more popular in the West. This tea can also be known as Red Tea. It has a goal of minimizing the risk of health problems. Black Tea is known for its intense flavor and strong colour.

Oolong or Blue Tea - This Tea was invented in China and means "black dragon", it was given this name due to where its plant was sown. Oolong Tea is a blend of Black Tea and Green Tea. It has the effect of both, prevents the appearance of certain health problems and reduces their process risk.

Green tea- This tea is more consumed in the countries from the East. However, in the countries from the West this one is not so much consumed. Green Tea has the main function of reducing the process of generative diseases, such as, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer, among others.

Yellow Tea- This is similar to Green Tea, differing only in its process. This tea production implies being dried and hydrated more than once. And it is almost in extinction, because it is not very consumed.

Red tea or Pu-ehr- It results of partial oxidation of Camellia sinensis. This beverage is an important source of calcium, manganese and fluoride, it has beneficial nutrients for bone structure and for the prevention of arthritis and osteoporosis.
